ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position (Life Insurance Focused) - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Display good analytical skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Life/Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas 
  • Prior State Farm experience preferred
